CLIENT : Alfa Development was looking to create a short film highlighting the Gramercy Park neighborhood of their new luxury condo building 200e21.

PROJECT : We identified areas of interest based on the target market and models who fit the vision. The highlight film was shown just before touring the sample unit with Douglas Elliman Brokers.
